Yes, it is mid-January by the time you are reading this, but I am so psyched for 2015 that I am still celebrating like it's New Year's eve.

You haven't heard from me in awhile. Part of that was the holidays, but part of that is because I have shifted gears a bit to focus on different ways to bring you resources and help that will make your job more fun and less stressful. 

That brings me to New Years. We all make resolutions, which most have already broken. I am keeping it really simple this year by not doing a specific resolution or even a theme. I am just following one word:
 

AUTOMATION

Every thing I do this year (training, professional development, introducing new processes, etc.) will be focused around increasing automation. We are much too busy to manually do things any longer and there is too much technology that is at our finger tips to utilize. 

The first area I am focusing on is email marketing and CRM systems. We all have them and are frustrated with them. I want to develop a better, more automated way. If you do too, could you take 5 minutes and answer 6 very easy questions for me?
