Bio

I am properly gob smacked at what builders and makers do.

Flip a switch and the light comes on. Turn a faucet and clean water spills out. I live in a home, work in an office, and drive on roads that were designed and built by an army of architects, engineers, tradespeople and construction professionals. What you build makes my life better. Your work makes a significant impact on everyone’s daily lives. Builders and makers like you do heroic work every day. I see the value, and I want others to see it, too.

Clients and employees don’t see your value because you can’t articulate it. You could help others understand the value, but what? A marketing plan alone won’t make it right. Neither will a website, nor the perfect brochure, nor a social media post. The truth is you need a brand strategy to put the bones behind the brand.

How can I help? I figure out where your brand is broken and fix it.

Giba Group explores the elements of your brand; corporate culture, marketing, advertising, sales and identity. We show you how brand elements shape your promise, and we realign your brand to attract clients. Our work saves you money on more effective marketing initiatives and help you make better business decisions about new markets and services.

We should work together if:
● You want to know what your clients and partners say about you when you’re not in the room
● You want to know where to find new clients
● You’re acquiring — or merging with —another firm
● You’re not specialized
● You can’t name 5 competitors and how they perform better than you
● Most potential clients don’t know your firm or what you do
● You think social media should be a part of your marketing plan
● It’s time to redesign your website
● No one knows your mission statement, or if you even have one
● Clients and partners don’t consider your employees as authorities in your field
● You don't know how much to budget for marketing
● Your elevator speech is uninspiring

Sound familiar? We should talk.
