Driven by a passion for what architecture brings to our world through design, communication, and impact to our environment, Amy Stroud is the Marketing Director at Dattner Architects, a mission-driven firm based in New York City, committed to civic architecture and its role in the urban environment. With over 11 years of experience in the AEC Industry, Amy earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University and has collaborated on complex public and private projects from a diverse range of scales and regional contexts with roles in both design and marketing. Her education and experience enables her to understand the dynamics between clients, design firms, and the successful execution of projects, and complements the realization of marketing and business development endeavors.
Prior to joining Dattner, Amy worked as the Marketing and Business Development Director at a boutique design firm in New York City where she focused on expanding firm brand to a broader range of clients as well as translating client’s needs and wants into a tailored marketing approach.
Amy has served on the board of the New York Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and has been actively involved with the Center for Architecture in NY and the New York American Institute of Architects. She is the Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit organization, Build.Found., committed to providing sustainable design and construction support to third-world organizations and communities in need.
