Has anyone ever had to fill out the HUD-2530 Previous Participation Certification for an upcoming HUD financed project as a general contractor? If so, where did you find the loan information and inspection scores for past projects? I've included an image of the document I'm filling out. I've done several searches and reached out to HUD and received no response. The searches resulted in incomplete information. Anything would help. Thanks. Amanda
