As a Trusted Leader and Innovative Strategist, I create and implement roadmaps that clearly define organizational objectives, ensure achievement of short and long-term goals, reflect the desired direction of the board, and drive profitable and sustainable growth.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

→ Motivational Leadership. Turned around and completely transformed Society of Professional Marketing Services (SMPS) into a viable and profitable industry resource, expanding SMPS membership from 2,200 to 6,300+.

→ Strategic Foresight. Fascinated with future planning and understand the need for organizations to stay ahead of the curve. Recognize the key challenges facing nonprofit organizations with limited resources and foster forward-thinking environments that keep pace with developing technology and future needs.

→ Established Network. Utilized key resources and built the alliances that facilitated successful attainment of goals. Current relationships include 30,000 ASAE members, Tecker Consulting Group and McKinley Marketing Group, as well as unlimited access to 20 professional associations. Held numerous Board roles.

→ Consummate Professional and Skilled Communicator. Conducted 300+ industry seminars, training classes and keynotes for 14,000+ professionals within peer associations, chapters and important A/E/C companies across North America.

→ Mentor and Catalyst for Growth. Cultivated a professional staff from seven to 15 people while increasing annual revenue base from $1.7M to $3.9M+. Enhanced reserves from $.5M to $2.9M+ at the national level and from $.15M to $2.2M+ at the chapter level for SMPS.

→ Sales and Marketing Expertise. Positioned CECO as an industry leader within the concrete construction industry working with 27 BU’s in the US. Helped increase revenues from $200M to $500M+. Achieved “CECO 100” partner.
